About two weeks ago I went to one of my favorite stores in the city; the second hand shop. I love browsing around for treasures and I promise you, even though most stores look so messy, there are treasures waiting to be found! As I was going through everything I walked passed a display and in it they displayed a really old camera. Not a digital one, but a 35MM SLR ( single lens reflex) camera. I quickly googled it cause I didn't know the brand and I was wondering what a camera like that would cost if I bought it elsewhere. I soon found lot's of advertisements pricing it at 50-60 euro and in the second hand store they asked 17, which I thought would be a pretty good deal. I wasn't sure if it stil worked or if there was something wrong with it so I asked the lady and she said; I don't have a clue, but you know what, 10 euro's and it's yours, cause it's been collecting dust for ages in the shop and no one wants it. At that point I knew I had to get it, like it was a sign, and I couldn't wait to start taking pictures with it which I've been doing daily. I can't show you the results just yet, cause it has to get developed, but there is just something so amazing about not knowing the outcome until I get it back. I carry it in my bag daily so when I see something that would look amazing I can take a picture. I'm halfway through the film, but I just love it so much. Just the entire experience of manually zooming in and out, putting the film roll inside and the sound it makes. I can tell you, it's a lot more fun than a digital camera! haha. As soon as I get everything developed I'll show you what the pictures turned oud like. Can't wait!
